CIBIL - Credit Information Bureau - Credit Information Report

You have just applied for a loan and you bank says you have a pending loan/credit of x amount as per CIR (Credit Information Report) of CIBIL(Credit Information Bureau India Limited). They cannot reveal the name of the creditor also as it is visible to them only if they have generated the entry for you.

What do you do now?
Drop an e-mail to  consumerqueries@cibil.com with your FULL NAME, PAN CARD, DATE OF BIRTH, PERMANENT ADDRESS, CURRENT ADDRESS for a quick enquiry.


Download the form and post it to them and your Credit Information Report.

Now, talk to the creditor and get NOC from them. It will be reflected in the CIBIL records in 45 days or so.

CIBIL just maintains records, they cannot add/delete. They just keep information that is sent to them be creditors.

Access your CIBIL Credit Report (1):


You can now access a copy of your Credit Information Report (CIR) from Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL).The information in the form will be required to process your request. Any omission of information will delay your request for want of clarifications. Hence, once information is duly filled please enclose the completed form, necessary supporting documents & a demand draft for fees in an envelope, affix required postage and mail to:
Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited, P.O. Box 17, Millennium Business Park, Navi Mumbai- 400 710.

Once CIBIL receives the duly completed form, self attested identity proof and address proof copies and the fees, your request will be processed and a copy of your CIR will be dispatched to you. If additional information is required to process your request CIBIL will contact you by mail.

Your CIBIL CIR will be presented to you in a simple and easy to understand format. However, on receiving your CIR, if you require any explanation/clarification, you can email us at consumerqueries@cibil.com.

Access your CIBIL Credit Report (Details):

You can now access your Credit Information Report (CIR) directly from CIBIL. As you may be aware, your CIBIL CIR is a factual record of your credit payment history compiled from information received from credit grantors. The purpose is to help credit grantors make informed lending decisions - quickly and objectively, and enable faster processing of your credit applications to help provide you speedier access to credit at better terms.
You can request a copy of your CIBIL CIR as follows:


1. Valid Identity Proof: PAN Card/ Passport/ Voters ID (Mail self attested hard copy of any one of      these Identity Proofs)

2. Valid Address Proof: Latest Bank Account Statement/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone bill (Mail self      attested hard copy of any one of these Address Proofs)

3. Payment terms: Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 142/- (inclusive of all taxes and express delivery      charge) , in favour of Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited payable at Mumbai
 
     Please note that the fee once paid is non-refundable.

4. If you have existing credit accounts or have recently applied for a credit facility we request you     to please submit identity and address details that have been submitted to the relevant credit     institution/s. This will help us provide you with more consistent information.

CIBIL has no authorised agents. Please do not contact anyone other than CIBIL in order to gain access to a copy of your Credit Information Report.

DSR Emerald and DSR Topaz

DSR Emerald & DSR Topaz are two block construction just like a unknown builder on the back side of Sun City Projects on outer ring near Sarjapura Circle.

Have seen this project when it was under construction. Nothing much in it.
But, it was affordable.

I just couldn't withstand the idea of getting a view of high rise buildings (sun city) every day from my house in these apartments. It will give me a feeling of what I have not achieved so far in my life. Never ever thought about buying in it though my spouse was kind of ok with it.

One of my friend suggested this builder after he had bought an apartment in one of their another project. It was not known to me before that.

Salarpuria Symphony is a project by Salarpuria Group. Salarpuria Symphony is located on Hosur Road (oppossite to BMW Showroom). It is before Electronic City.

Sampoorna Avenue

Sampoorna Avenue is a small apartment complex on Kaggadaspura Main Road opposite to CAIR (Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Research).

Sampoorna Avenue is very close to Reliance Fresh and CV Raman Nagar Bus Stand.

Sampoorna Avenue has been constructed by CBR builders and Developers. They also constructed Ashoka Windows and VS Epitome.

Each floor has 5 apartments - 3 units of 3BHK (1935, 1450, 1475), 2 units of 2BHK (1170, 1115).

One of my spouse's friend has bought a 3BHK of 1475 square feet in it for 48 Lacs (including registration-?). I haven't seen the apartment yet.

Once I had checked the price but I personally thought the price quoted by this guy was too high. 2BHK for more than 40 Lacs. Decided not to take a look at the apartments as affordability was also a key concern for me.

It is just next to Main Road and road noise should also be considered.

As per the recent updates, Syndicate Bank has acquired their ground floor for commercial operations.

Sai Mitra Meadows

Sai Mitra Meadows is an apartment complex in CV Raman Nagar by Sai Mitra Constructions. This builder has done some projects in Hyderabad. Came to know about it after talking to them. Also had a look at the brouchure of Sai Mitra Meadows.

Sai Mitra Meadows is located next to tall structure August Park which is visible from Kaggadaspura Main Road.

Sai Mitra Meadows is @ walkable distance from Reliance Fresh and Nilgiris.

Sai Mitra Meadows is between CAIR (Centre for Artificial Intelligence & Research) and DARE (Defence Avionics Research Enterprise).

Sai Mitra Meadows consits of 3 blocks - A, B, C.

Sai Mitra Meadows has 56 apartments.

A pricey affair ? not sure.

Have a cost sheet from them which I got it nearly 2 years back. They were demanding 3500 Rs per square feet. Now, they have relaxed it to 3200 Rs per square feet and after hard negotiation, they can come down to 2900 Rs per square feet. It all depends on your negotiation skills.

Sri Krishna Parijatha

Sri Krishna Parijatha is an apartment complex in Green Glen Layout. Sri Krishna Parijatha is near to famous jungle of series of sobha apartment complex near Sarjapur circle on outer ring road.


Sri Krishna Parijatha has nealy 60 apartments. Block 1 has 8 apartments A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H. Block 2 has 6 apartments A, B, C, D, E, F.

Sri Krishna Parijatha has an entire illegal floor constructed by the builder, if rumours are to be believed.


Amenities are not ready yet as there is still a dispute between Builder and Land Owner like which flats(Owners Share) should be finished first. Amenities can be developed over a period of time.


One of my colleague bought a 3BHK of around 1700 square feet for 41 Lacs + Registration. He has already occupied it. Currently, 6-7 apartments have been occuppied. One of the private bank rejected his loan as builder failed to provide some of the documents but LIC Housing Finance accepted it.


My friend came to know about these problems after he had already paid a huge sum as advance and he decided to go ahead.

No builder gives money back once he has taken it, it is a rule of thumb.

The point to note is that one of my friend's friend has been successful in getting the compensation through consumer court from a known reputed builder.
