Desperate Sale

Please post desperate sale on this page.


In a desperate sale you must charge at least 10% less than the market price because you are in need of money for some reason and you would like to sell the property.. For new properties, several property owners generally charge 10% less than the price quoted by the builder. In case you haven't occupied it yet, ensure that you give a discount of 15% to classify it under desperate sales.

NOTE: For example, Brigade currently charges 57 Lacs for 2BHK of 1290 square feet in Metropolis. In case you are desperate to sale similar apartment, you must charge around 48 Lacs. An amount of 51 Lacs won't be classified as a desperate sale because you are really not that desperate to sell it.


We are kind of aware of the price in most of the popular projects.
Will delete the entry in case it doesn't classify under desperate sale.

    Don't quote even a rupee more than 45L.
