I Live near KR Puram and I am not that comfortable with that area. Since, I had explored some options in HM symphony, SJR Verity and Oceanus Monarda, I knew that there is one more parallel road caller Harlur Road.
My first travel to this road was in the evening around 5:30 or so .... was shocked.... the road had too many turns....It is a narrow road and it was very much inside....the road is not straight and it is difficult to drive.....I was really happy that I had finally located the site.... at one point.... I thought ... I should turn back but I didn't get any space on that narrow road to turn even back.....
Someone told me that harlur road will be upgraded to 100 ft road. If the road is not straight, the width will not make any difference. Your commute time will not change.
It seems there is one more direction from HSR Layout.... but since it was not shown in the location map initially.... I didn't try those.... probably Purva should have been little careful in marketing this project...
In PFS, several resale apartments are available at almost the same rate + 5L (max).
I have not been able to convince myself yet for Purva Skywood. You can give it a try though.

I dint like the location at all, not even the access roads or anything else. There is a cement factory in infront of the property, and I think only this cement factory there suits the location.

This project has access from Jail Road (Hosa Road), Kudlu Road and Harlur Road.
ReplyDeleteThe access from Harlur road is narrow (suppose to be widened sometime), but kudu road access is good and on a straight road.
This project is next to Shobha Cinamon and ND Passion and shares wall with private layout trinity paradise. Shobha has launched another project at Harlur road (Shobha Classic) which is priced at 4207/- psf in pre-launch.
The revised price of Purva Skywood as of 21-Jan-2011 is 3353/- psf.

ReplyDeleteWe have an apartment in Skywood. Plan, amenities everything is very good, and that is why we booked (Not sure what will be delivered). And so far we are happy. Each slab request is coming in 1-2 months, which is very reasonable. Construction is going reasonably well. Please do not spread false information without any grounds. If you are an agent of some other builder, please stay out.
