- Confident Phoenix block plan, floor plan etc has been revised. They have decided to make it G+10 floors. Earlier, it was supposed to be only G+7.
- Updated the revised plan of confident phoenix.
- 1 Balcony & 1 Utility Area in new apartments is a new mantra.
- SJR is coming up with a new project on harlur road in Shubh enclave near lake off Sarjapur Road. It is a new project in 6 acres of G+12 with 3bhk of around 1390 square feet in 48 Lacs (including registration). This project falls in between from the floor area size of SJR Verity where 3bhk is of 1600 square feet & SJR Unity where they are offering 3bhk in 1250 square feet. They will probably launch it after formalities of SJR Unity.
- Almost all the builders have learned from their mistakes.... unnecessary wastage of space in balconies in sjr verity, brigade metropolis etc.. Both the project had balconies in almost every bedroom or so.
- Purva Skywood has only 1 balcony in both 2bhk of 1330 and 3bhk of 1630. SJR has a similar plan in new project.
- Uploaded floor plan, site plan of Diamond District as there are several resales happening now.
- Uploaded Sun City Gloria details that has been launched on 17th July 2010.
- Uploaded Nagarjuna Greenwoods master plan, location plain & floor plan.
- Covered launch of Oceanus Greendale Phase 2 in Ramamurthy Nagar.
- Covered partially launch of Confident Phoenix (3BHK in less than 1100 square feet) on Sarjapur Road.
- The alpine eco registration issue seems to be back in the lime light as per the real estate agency. Though I see lot of resale postings but I think it is only for the sale agreement.
- Uploaded Oceanus Monarda details.
- Checked Nagarjna Maple heights this week. Looked very congested. On top of that they are giving stilt parking & open parking.
- NCC Maple Heights details are now available.
- Prestige Shantiniketan 2BHK, floor plans have been uploaded with comments.
- Alpine ECO and Nandi Woods requires me to merge images using photo editor. Will do it some other time.

- Visited Brigade Metropolis. checked model apartment for 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk in Jackson or Kensington block.
- Uploaded the floor plans and basic information to the blog of Brigade Metropolis.
- Existing owners are ready to sell the apartment @ 49Lacs/50Lacs where as builder is charging 58 Lacs+ for 2BHK of 1290. Interesting.
