Purva Skywood

Purva Skywood is a new project that has been launched by Purvankara on Harlur Road off Sarjarpur road. I have guessed it correctly from the contest that was run on FM radio.

I Live near KR Puram and I am not that comfortable with that area. Since, I had explored some options in HM symphony, SJR Verity and Oceanus Monarda, I knew that there is one more parallel road caller Harlur Road.

My first travel to this road was in the evening around 5:30 or so .... was shocked.... the road had too many turns....It is a narrow road and it was very much inside....the road is not straight and it is difficult to drive.....I was really happy that I had finally located the site.... at one point.... I thought ... I should turn back but I didn't get any space on that narrow road to turn even back.....


Someone told me that harlur road will be upgraded to 100 ft road. If the road is not straight, the width will not make any difference. Your commute time will not change.


It seems there is one more direction from HSR Layout.... but since it was not shown in the location map initially.... I didn't try those.... probably Purva should have been little careful in marketing this project...


In PFS, several resale apartments are available at almost the same rate + 5L (max).

I have not been able to convince myself yet for Purva Skywood. You can give it a try though.

The Sun City Gloria is located on Sarjapur Road after Wipro Corporate Office.

It is around 1 to 2Km after Mantri Premero site on left side.

• A decent cheaper project in that area from a known guy. Everybody else is just flying sky high.

Why not Sun City Gloria?

• Too many complaints of incomplete amenities in the first project sun city.
• How far is railway track? I can see that on the location map. It is around 150 feet away (40 ft road, offset for amenities - 40ft to 60ft  and offset outside complex - 40 ft to 60 ft). It is just parallel to entire land area. Since ... .. it will be annoying for Sun City Gloria for sure. My current apartment is close to railway track (very far than the situation of sun city gloria) I know that near the railway crossing, it has to make a sound signal.... and it is very loud. Not that annoying.
• The railway crossing is also just next to it..... It will always hurt you...this salem track has too many trains.....though marketing guy will claim that only 3 trains will pass from there.
