SJR Emerald

SJR Emerald is a new project from SJR Group on Sarjapur Road and it is currently under pre-launch.


My Personal View:
SJR seems to be pre-launching too many apartments without showing any real progress on them...... I can understand a pre-launch scheme for 1 or 2 weeks....
But pre launch schemes of 6 months or 1 year are beyond my understanding. So, Be Careful. This one was pre-launched with a rough plan of master plan and floow plans on paper..... Just can't believe it.... why are they in hurry to get the bookings? May be they are looking for fools..... Are you one of them?

Pashmina Waterfont

Pashmina Waterfont is a new project off Old madras road on the way to Bangalore International Airport.

16 acre project with 12 acre of open space......

Several new projects are in pipeline in this area... This is just next to evoma hotel and Battharahalli lake....It is 5Km from Hanging Bridge. It is (will be) six lane road.....

My two line view:
  • all the existing developers are in a mood to give only 1 side ventilation. This one has 3-side.... you will like that....
  • all the existing developers are in a mood to give only 1 balcony... this guy is not compromising on that.
  • total land area is same as that of purva skywood. Price wise it is cheaper.
  • 32 Floors. will it not increase construction time?

Mantri Serenity has nice floor plans. Architect was definitely in right frame of mind.

- A servant room has been included in 3BHK as it is a must in todays life
when both are working in the family.

- An option of multiple car park @ a discount.
Finally everybody agrees. We all need at least 2 cars and that too @ a
discount.
