Why not Ozone Evergreens?
- No balconies. We all have driers but we still need to keep our cloths out in the sun?
- Isn't the utility space attached to kitchen meant for washing machine? Do they expect us to use that?
- When we are paying so much money, we could have paid extra for 50 square feet (10x5 maximum) of balcony also.
- Architect should not leave their brain @ home while going to office otherwise this is what we get. Earlier they used to give the balcony @ almost every corner (common and attached to every bed room)...now no balcony.... we may be poor but we should have a right of at least 1 when we are already paying so much money.

ReplyDeleteThey have screwed it again.. take a look at the tower plan and unit plan... it is a one sided ventilation...that too inside.... it should be 3-way ventilation for a balcony....
The carpet area is good ... but an added balcony in existing plan really doesn't work...
They should have revised it ... carpet area is decent... and the layout is also nice...
Please ... please wake up..... before you go further... recreate tower plan ... for the same built up area.... nobody would complain....
before it becomes irreversible....
amenities are attractive though...
The balconies have been patched onto the living room , doesn't look too bad from what I see the carpet area is still excellent. The ventilation for the inside 3bhks isn't that great though.
ReplyDeleteOn the negatives the rates have been bumped up to 2975 + floor rise(the sales guy offered Rs 25 discount without asking). But the biggest negative remains that they are expecting more than 50% of the total payment by the time they finish the basements. Puts a big Q mark on when the project will get completed.
Might be a descent buy when the project is completed and amenities that are promised are built up, but till then I am keeping off this project.
Ozone residenza customers are suffering due to problems with interiors, project delays,lack of responsibility by ozone personnel. They do not keep any deadlines and do a shoddy job.
ReplyDeleteNot sure why clubhouse memebership is being charged separately when the per sq ft rate should have been on the basis of all amenities. Is this clubhouse facility available to outsiders as well?
ReplyDeleteYes, club house membership is charged seperately. No where per sft is on the basis of all amenities. It is always charged seperately.
ReplyDeleteFor outsiders I doubt as 900+ families will struggle to use those amenities... pools will be overcrowded on weekends and Q outside courts for their turn...
Am seriously considering taking this as the rates are reasonable still (3300 psft) compared to other builders in the area. However ony apprehension is the completion of the project(it started in yr 2009 Nov) and any Legal dispute with Army land.
when are these cheaters giving the posssesion... the project is sovery delaye and they are not even giving any compensation...i m really regretting to the extreme afther purchasin a lat here
