its worst batter don't waste your time.... better look good one. because they mentioned club house etc..but u will not find anything and u have to pay for that wastefully.... and that to upkar marketing executive are worst they are always business minded. as for my experience upkar is good but their marketing executive are not well trained .they are not responding to customer in the manner way ...in the call they will say its negotiable but after going their based on your Interest on plot they will Increasing the value of site ..its worst experience with UPKAR thank GOD before buying the plot I got know thier responce other wise its ..i con't imagine ........batter don't waste your time ...
