its been quite long that i am hearing about Vista project..i guess from April 2009.. . I did a recent site visit to see the facts at a ground level and could see that road is laied down and nothing else.. My calls to the builder is giving me the standard reply that.. approval is still pending and in a months time it would be ready.. any guess guys on whats going on??? please share your experiance aswell
ReplyDeleteEven I booked an apartment in Oceanus Vista in May2010. At that time, I was told that the approval will be done by October,2010 and agreement can be signed after that.
ReplyDeleteI had checked with Oceanus customer care in October. And I got the same reply that Approval process is pending and will take another 1.5 months time. Also, I was told that the shops by the side of Oceanus Monarda is being demolished to construct road to Oceanus Vista and even I confirmed the same by a site visit.
Not sure when the so called Approval Process from BBMP will be completed and Agreement can be signed !!!
Expecting faster response from Oceanus management...
Yes the last I checked they are now saying the date to be in Jan '11. The project is still in pre-launch stage. I also checked on the site the road is not yet built but the demolition has taken place.

I have also booked flat in Ocenaus-vista. When i booked, i was told that the project will be started in October. But then in october, they have told me that project approval got delayed because of BWSSB and BESSCOM approval and it will be started in Jan. 11 in worst case. I am just hoping that they will be able to meet this deadline and start progressing. Some of the previous users also confirmed that they have layed road for the site, which is welcome step.It would be good if you all share your experience. Also i have created "oceanus-vista" community in Orkut. Please join in community if you have already booked flat so that communication would be easier.

ReplyDeleteSeems like due to greendale phase II project commenced recently, oceanus management is not planning to get into oceanus vista project soon.... Just happen to hear this messages from one of the friend who is very much into this business... not sure how far this is true.. but looks like at this moment this is correct..
ReplyDeletevery true... my worry is that, there were lot of other projects that was launched in the same time when oceanus ppl were doing mouth-to-mouth sames( early 2009) and i jumped in to the deal only because of the oceanus brand... however, other projects are already started and this is still hooked up. And i cant imagine how much time i lost, if oceanus comes back and say... due to approval issues project would be further delayed. Most annoying thing is that, they are not able to say a ball parking date... wheever you call.. they would just say that in another 1.5 months it would be ready.. i am hearing this statement in my last 5 calls to them... bad experiance !!!

Not sure how much it takes for approval
ReplyDeleteseems like builder is bankrupt.. they cannot manage two projects at the same time ( recently launched greendale II and vista). Greed dale II is launched after 2 year dealy.. so 2012 is the right time for launch of vista.. till that time they would give lame excuses... i shouldnt have opted for oceanus
ReplyDelete2012 ??? i booked apt on March 2010 and was told that launch would be in the month of june, then changed to july..aug..oct..nov.. and finally i was told that it would be launched on jan 2011. Per what is mentioned above i think date would be further changed. I am not getting a correct reply from customer care.. mails are not returned. can anyone share any latest updates from builder ?
