No Object Certificate from Builder for this apartment as builder will also be a party to this transaction....
No Object Certificate from Association.... no pending maintenance dues.
Tax paid receipts till date...
How much money to give in advance to agent or landowner?
Give only 1K till all the documents are not in your hand.
