Land Owner Share

For those who would like to Buy from Land Owner Share.

Joint Development Agreement that should mention that apartment # that you are buying is in landowner share.

Certification from landowner about number of kids. Name & Age of them.

Release Deed from everybody (except one from whom you are buying) in landowner family with whom JDA was executed ..... that they do not have any right on this property.....

No Object Certificate from Builder for this apartment as builder will also be a party to this transaction....

No Object Certificate from Association.... no pending maintenance dues.

Tax paid receipts till date...



How much money to give in advance to agent or landowner?
Give only 1K till all the documents are not in your hand.
