Most of the real estate agents try to fool seller saying that the property is worth more in case somebody is going ahead with the deal....I can safely say they will not let you RelocateEasily.
Beware of them. Just check entries on craigslist.
Gopalan Millenium Habitat Splendor duplex of 1917 Sqft. Everybody quotes 60L + Reg. Only RelocateEasily says it is worth 64L+Reg.
There are several such examples. In some cases, they demand 20% more.
Nitesh Forest Hills is one such case.
Such things doesn't help both.

ReplyDeleteNo it is not true. I do not agree with you that al real estate agents fool seller. A reputed real estate agent does not do these types of things. But, I also agree with you that beware of low quality and those real estate who don’t know more about real estate market.

Sorry but I don’t agree with you that most of the real estate agents try to fool seller. At the same time I advice all property buyer to always contact with reputed and well know real estate broker and agents to be safe from fraud.
