Hi, Does Bearys give any penalty for late hand-over of the flat? Are the current owners getting or demanding any compensation for the delay? I wish to buy a 3 BHK but the rate quoted is Rs.4,300 per sq. ft. Is this a good rate as no work is really happening, work on swimming pool is not started, clubhouse work pending, entire project filled with huge pile of debris? There is no sight of them giving possession even in one year. Wonder how are they telling october hand-over??? Please post your replies, am interested if anybody interested in re-sale too but at a realistic price.

ReplyDeleteI have bought a 2BHK at anugraha. I dont remember any such commitment or document stating the penalty from the builders side for any delay. We were told that the property would be ready by May 2011. But looking at the current progress I dont think we will have any thing completed till a year.
