    Has anyone booked an apartment in Bhuvana Greens? I am really interested but not really sure if I should go for this. I think this is their first project thus I am kind of worried. Is it a good idea to wait until construction begins? I heard this project is not yet approved. Can anyone confirm? Please share your experience...

    The project is in process of approval. It is a kind of sister concern of Golden gate properties. First project is always a risk but being on Sarjapur road, i am sure they will sell / contruction will start. Will it complete and when that is a question..

    I have similar concerns too. First of all I do not know if they are really a sister concern of Golden gate. Secondly what is the status of approvals?

    approval has been receeived but planning to pull out as they have lots of additional costs added not discussed at the time of booking... So BEWARE....

    I have booked a flat with bhuvana greens and the project is approved by BBMP. there are no hidden costs as such from the builder. things have been quite transparent!!

    You must be agreeing with it which is Houses and apartments in major cities have gone up in price, three or four times higher than the per capita income growth rate. It is also same in India, People searching or looking for Bangalore property will notice it.
