It is also somewhat opposite to Nester Raga (3-block property by an unknown builder that has a very poor finish. He asked me for 45 lacs+ reg for 2bhk).
Durga Constructions have completed 2 projects on outer ring road. One is opposite to Sree Utopia & Nagarjuna GreenWoods. This builder is from Patna.

I am currently having my flat getting ready by Durga Projects and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd , under project Durga Rainbow Bangalore.
ReplyDeleteI had a very good experience during sale cycle as well initial demands but later on it has become a nightmare dealing with this monster.
To cite some of the examples:
1. During sales cycle it was told that there would be approximately 2 months gap between two demands, but later on we got demand on very short notices also.
2. Builder surprised us on New Year by raising interest demand, ironically from last 1.5 yrs+ he never asked for interest. It shows his foolishness or cunningness to make some more money. In any of demand he showed that interest amount is outstanding.
3. Service tax in mid and betterment charges were totally surprise which never was during sales cycle.
4. Staff at site is good for nothing.
Most important – Builder is not adhering to the sample flat (the flat which was model flat at time of sale, not the one which he developing on second floor now) in terms of quality.
Option of bathroom tiles which he is giving now is far inferior in quality and patterns if we compare with the tiles he put in model flat while selling the flat.
Door frames are pathetic and does not seems to have any security etc. First time seeing the frame of doors made out of plywood.
Tiles and doors are something visible so we got to know ,though in vain, but god knows where all these people would have cheated us which we cannot see e.g quality of cement, pipes, electricity wiring.
Builder is pathetic and I am feeling cheated now.
