Aishwarya Lakeview Residency, Aisshwarya Lakeview Residency.
The building name is Aishwarya Lakeview Residency. The builder changed its name from Aishwarya group to Aisshwarya group and hence we have to search for both.
Year of Construction - 2002/2003
Probably one of the better construction in Kaggadaspura (CV Raman Nagar) area. It is located in 6th Cross.
The only apartment in Kaggadaspura where I have seen Swimming Pool that is filled with water. Though never got a chance to see anybody taking bath in it.
The only other one which had water was jyothi clique that too only during launch. The water in Ashoka windows dried up soon after launch. I got a chance to see Ashoka windows again when I visited Shilpita Regalia & VS Epitome.
6 Blocks, A,B,C,D,E,F
Also builder name is very confusing - Even though he has 2 to 3 additional big properties in Marathalli (Opulence) and KR Puram (Excellency). What is the correct spelling of this builder? Does he maintain profiles of his past projects.

I am waiting for the refund of money from sale agreement of B-504 (B Block), Aishwarya lake view residency. This flat is owned by babu shankar & rama rani. It is 3bhk, 1450 square feet. We agreed for a deal @ 40.5 Lacs that includes registration amount of 1.5 Lacs.
ReplyDeleteThis person has loan from ICICI Bank. ICICI bank has valued it only @ 36 Lacs. You can get loan of only 80% on the 36 Lacs from the bank. Later they refused loan also saying that it has only Gram Panchayat approval.
Babu Shankar is currently in chennai and he is not picking up my call. Satish babu initially told me that he will get the money from him within 1 month. It is more than 1 month. He asked me to wait for a week. When I called him again, he has told me that he will update me in a week or so as the person has not settled it.
Not sure how to handle this case.
Will update here once I have recvd the amount. The original of sale agreement is still with me.
My request to you is be careful with any such deal and avoid dealing with people who are not living in the same city.
FYI, the aishwarya/aisshwarya group owner name is Satish Babu. His spouse is Bindu Satish. The guy worked in drdo (probably as a scientist) before starting his venture. This is his first project. After that he has developed several other properties in & around old madras road and marthahalli such as Aishwarya Serenity, Aishwarya Opulence & Aishwarya Excellency (KR Puram).
ReplyDeleteSatish babu has given a cheque of 1L to me for cancellation of my sale agreement with babu shankar and rama rani of B-504. Have returned original sale agreement to him. Just hope that the chequeu doesn't bounce. Will keep others updated -SK.

Let me tell my experience with this Builder. My wife liked one of their flats in Lake view. But I have a budget constrain. My wife has liked it sooo much that she is not willing to see anyother property. I approached the Builder with my issue. To my surprice the BUILDER has given the same flat to my Budget. A allways indebt to the Builder. They r good hearted people.
