Rohan Jharoka

Rohan Jharokha is located near Marathahalli in yamalur village. It is located near CABS division of DRDO. It has an approach road from wind tunnel road and another approach road from old airport road near marthahalli.

This project is not on the main road. Rohan is planning another project on the main road. Rohan Jharokha has been created on the backside.

PHASE - I

5th floor to 8th floor Rs. 2750/- per sq. ft.



PHASE - II



Up to 4th floor Rs. 2950/- per sq. ft.

5th floor to 8th floor Rs. 3000/- per sq. ft.



OTHER CHARGES:



BESCOM/BWSSB Rs. 110/- per sq. ft..

Maintenance deposit Rs. 100/- per sq. ft..

Taxes, stamp duty and registration charges extra.



BOOKING AMOUNT: 15% of Agreement Value. Rs. 2 lakhs on the day of booking and the balance within 15 days.



PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 12 instalments up to possession.

  1. It is very much inside on an insignificant road.

    The approach road is narrow. There is nothing close by.

    Interestingly, they are asking for 52L for 2bhk.

  2. I am planning to buy a 2 BHK. Can some suggest me if I shd book it in Rohan Jharoka. Now they are asking for ~56-57 L. Flats are available at the same rate in Prestige Shantiniketan. Which is a better option?

  3. in PSN you have to pay some extra charges like parking, elect and water connection etc other then this base 57 lakh. so totally it will be 57 + 7.5 lakh plus registraion and stamp duty. that is what I hread, please clarify this

  4. @ Yash, well we spoke to the concerned ppl about a week back and the cost is about 55L+ registration , and this includes parking etc.. i think it may go up to ~60L.

  5. in that case PSN will be better den rohan jharoka. I am staying in PSN from last 5 months. There are some issue like wall dampness, bathroom ( u can hear sound from top 3 floor in ur toilet . Open space, club house, ventilation etc is one of the best in bangalore.
