Corporate Leisure Sun City is located on outer ring road near Sarjapura road junction.
The land area must be close to 20 acres.
Very nice apartment complex. Multiple High-Rise Towers. Liked open space and vantilation.
Later, these guys also tried to sell G+3 in euphoria and genesis block in nearby location but they were not that successful.
Interestingly, approach road for genesis block (G+3) is also from sun city.
These guys are now planning to come up with a new project Sun City Gloria on Sarjapura Road after Mantri Premero. It is at a distance of 5 km from existing sun city.
The marketing guy told me that when they started selling sun city in 2003, there was nothing in this area. They were able to sell apartments only due to tie up with Infosys. At that time, they started selling it at 900 Rs/sq feet. They built 2-3 blocks in phases. The last block was occupied in 2008.
The marketing guy told me that they collect maintenance fee for 5 years or so.
In times of india, bangalore edition, 2nd page, 15 march 2010 report, their water woes has been raised along with IDEB Springfields.
My Comments:
It is true that anybody can enter into the complex and any block by just putting some basic information. They are least bothered about the security. I had gone twice there ... once to check genesis and once to have a look at the resale flat in harmony block (block # 5). I don't know about other amenities but I could see a barren land where kids were playing cricket. It is in the area that is shown in the site map as reserved for park. I don't think they require an additional park inside complex as there is already a park near to Ibbalur lake opposite to Sobha Garnet. Regarding maintenance, the guy who was going to do resale told me that there is no maintenance charge that he is paying. He forgot that he has already paid it for 5 years or so.
The car parking is both covered and open. Just in case you are looking for a resale flat, enquire if whatever you have been offered to you is covered or open.
The covered parking is definitely better than open parking. You don't have to cover your car everyday. Currently, the place where I stay has open parking and I know it is a big headache if you have open parking. Either I have to cover it everyday or wash it everyday in the morning. The covered parking would have saved some of my trouble. Just in case if I don't take out my vehicle for 2-3 days, it is always in great mess.

corporate Leisure, developers of suncity are big cheater. I did a big mistakes by purchasing an apartment from this builders in 2004. They promised alot when I booked the aprtment.
They told me that project will have swimming pool, tennis court, children's park, super market, free GYM and club house. Six years have passed and not a single promise made by them have been met.
There is hardly anything in the name of security. anyone can easily enter the campus. builders are arrogant and illetrate. expect 2 years or more delay in almost all project.
They have lauched a new project new Decathlon on Sarjapur road called ‘Suncity Gloria’ and once again promised the same things. Guys don't fall in trap...
