Samhita Ritz - ? I think it is on the road that connects CV RAman Nagar to Old Madras Road (towards big bazaar).
Their latest project is Samhita Rainbow near Kundalhalli gate.

Samhita Rainbow
Samhita Rainbow is a project by Samhita Constructions. It is located near Kundalhalli Gate.
Probably their first project that is not in CV Raman Nagar area.

Samhita Square
Samhita Square is in Basavanagar area. It is just on the MAIN road. It is oppossite to Tata Sherwood.
The Sobha Sunflower is also nearby. It is not very far from Basavanagar Bus Stand and Vignan Nagar Bus Stand.

Samhita Orchid
Samhita Orchid is a nice construction of G+3 on Byrasandra Main Road. It is just next to Bhuveshwari Temple & CV Raman Nagar Main Road and DRDO CAIR(Centre of Artitfical Intelligence & Research).

Samhita Green Oaks
Have seen recently an apartment that is available for resale in Samhita Green Oaks in Kaggadaspura.
Samhita Green Oaks was constructed in year 2004.
Disadvantages:
Narrow approach road from Kaggadaspura Main Road on 4th Cross. Though the approach road is small. It is too narrow and two vehicles cannot easily cross each other from both direction.
Railway Track is not very far from this apartment. The number of trains that passes from the railway track are definitely more than 20 and the frequency will defintely increase over a period of time.
Would have given a thought in case the owner would have charged reasonable price.
