Description:
SJR unity is very close to Outer Ring Road. It is just 700 meter from Dhaba on Outer Ring Road.
Visited the site, not much right now.
There is a tree in this site that people from nearby places worship. I am not sure why the builder hasn't removed it completely yet. Maybe there is an opposition form nearby people. Did they buy temple site by mistake?
All those god fearing people, don't go near to it. The builder is looking forward to rest.
They are still getting the marketing office cum demo flat ready. Space for hoarding is ready. But, no hoarding yet.
Why did the project name changed from SJR Rocks to SJR Unity? Only God knows.

This is with reference to the enquiry you had made for the PRE LAUNCH Project from SJR Group coming up with their apartment project SJR UNITY
Loaction : The Location of the project is 1.5 km from Purva Fountainsqure, you will have to take the parellel road -to railway line adj to Fountainsqure wher in the road from Outer Ring road - nr. The Dhaba would come and join - and if you proceed another 600 mts you will reach the project. If you are coming from Brookefield side you will have to take Grapite India ( or Opp. to SJR Brooklyn road) and as you see the photo SJR Brookelyn is very close by the project.
PROJECT :
The project is spread across 4 acres 38 guntas of land with good soil - and surrounding the project you have all independent houses. There is not low lying area etc. There would be Stilt (ground level) parking and 5 Floors of Apartment over it. Total number of apts would be 360 number.
The project would have lot of landscaping area with a decent size club house, children plan area, gym and swimming pool and lot of open space surrounding the project.
Floor Plans and Sizes :
With todays realty market all the apartment project surrounding marthahalli area there are not too many option where in a 2bhk can be got below 45Lac. where now a 2bhk we are giving 26 Lac.
Whereas 3bhk in Akme, Purva, SJR, Rohan all cost more than 65 Lac with carpet area btn 71 to 74 %. Now we bring you a 3bhk with super built up area of 1250 sft where in you get the bed room sizes as big as Fountainsqure or Riviera etc. And at half the price of at just 33.6 Lac +reg.
Completion:
THe work at the project expected to start by Early April and 24 to 28 months from then for complection.
Bank Approvals
As of now it is a pre luanch booking and once the approval comes - all the major banks would be funding for the project.
Booking Process
A booking amount cheque of Rs. 1 Lac has to be given after the approval is got then an sale agreement would be signed at that time 20% - 1 lac has to be paid.
Floor rise:
The base cost is Rs. 2190/- and there is a floor rise of 20/- per floor.
