My two line view:
- all the existing developers are in a mood to give only 1 side ventilation. This one has 3-side.... you will like that....
- all the existing developers are in a mood to give only 1 balcony... this guy is not compromising on that.
- total land area is same as that of purva skywood. Price wise it is cheaper.
- 32 Floors. will it not increase construction time?
