The building name is Aishwarya Lakeview Residency. The builder changed its name from Aishwarya group to Aisshwarya group and hence we have to search for both.

Probably one of the better construction in Kaggadaspura (CV Raman Nagar) area. It is located in 6th Cross.
The only apartment in Kaggadaspura where I have seen Swimming Pool that is filled with water. Though never got a chance to see anybody taking bath in it.
The only other one which had water was jyothi clique that too only during launch. The water in Ashoka windows dried up soon after launch. I got a chance to see Ashoka windows again when I visited Shilpita Regalia & VS Epitome.

Also builder name is very confusing - Even though he has 2 to 3 additional big properties in Marathalli (Opulence) and KR Puram (Excellency). What is the correct spelling of this builder? Does he maintain profiles of his past projects.
