None of these projects have been constructed as per plan. Most of these are already delayed and nobody knows when they will be really ready.
Why Not Nitesh Forest Hills?
- Some of the banks have not approved either Nitesh Forest Hills project or Nitesh Flushing Meadows for some reason.One guy was arguing with marketing guy @ site when I visited their project regarding approvals.
