DSR Emerald and DSR Topaz

DSR Emerald & DSR Topaz are two block construction just like a unknown builder on the back side of Sun City Projects on outer ring near Sarjapura Circle.

Have seen this project when it was under construction. Nothing much in it.
But, it was affordable.

I just couldn't withstand the idea of getting a view of high rise buildings (sun city) every day from my house in these apartments. It will give me a feeling of what I have not achieved so far in my life. Never ever thought about buying in it though my spouse was kind of ok with it.

One of my friend suggested this builder after he had bought an apartment in one of their another project. It was not known to me before that.

DSR Spring Beauty is located in Brookfield. It is just opposite to Citilights Knightsbridge.

DSR Green Vista is a project near ITPL in whitefield by DSR Infrastructure. It is just behind Salarpuria Tech Park. It is not very far from Hope Farm Circle.

It consists of 9 blocks - A, B, C ,D , E, F, G, H, I . It is G+3 construction.

Each floor has 5 to 6 apartments.

This will be ready to occupy in July 2010.

A 2BHK of 1216 sq feet will cost roughly 33L + Registration.

My comments:

The marketing executive just couldn't explain why the balcony was not put in the living area. I just couldn't understand the concept of balcony in dining area.
Overall a bad floor plan.
