Nagarjuna Meadows Phase 2

Nagarjuna Meadows Phase 2 has been launched by NCC Urban in Sep 2010.

The floor plan really looks ugly (look at balconies) considering standards set by NCC in the past.

The balconies have one sided ventilation instead of 3-sided ventilation in the past. The balconies are kind of part of carpet area. They don't extend outside...

Only the corners apartments have extended balconies.

Do I really need to say that avoid it if possible ?

One of my friend has bought a 2BHK in it during launch. He stays there.

He bought it around 2005-2006 @ approx 1800 Rs per square feet. including all the deposits except registration on the super built-up area. At that time, sun city was offered @ approx 1400 Rs per square feet (basic cost).
