The builder is quoting 40.8 L (all inclusive).
ReplyDeleteOn visiting the site, found out that the price is only for ground floor apartments that are without balconies.
Also for a covered car park - it will be 1L extra.
He is talking about 30K extra for 1 year maintenance amount in advance.
He also says 1.5L for registration.
Maybe he would have told me 2L extra for taxes also if I would have shown interest.
The least was 45.5L + 1L (covered car park) + 1.5L (registration) + 30K (maintenance) + taxes(didn't reveal). Nothing is available for less than 48 Lacs.
Talked to SJR verity fellow (janardan). He also told me 48.5L (including registration) for 2BHK.
Possession promised was year 2008.

HM Symphony will offer you an all inclusive package (including covered car park, maintenance for 1 year..registration cost will be 1.5 lac) and you can get exact breakup once you book the flat...!! People have started moving in now..so possession is not an issue now...only some landscaping and club house work is in progress...

The new trick by hm symphony to sell its 2bhk apartments of 1495 square feet on two ends of each block by converting it into 3bhk by using a living space... and the new bedroom gets it ventilation from toilets on the other end........ Also this will not be done for some units that has already been sold.... it will be done for only unsold units of this series...will it not weaken the structure?... they have used heavy cements bricks for creating a false wall.......what an idea sir ji? they could have used something light and could have coated it with the cement on the outer side.... this is what we do in villages for false walls....

did they take approval from bbmp or bda before converting these 2bhk units into 3 bhk? be careful... before you buy such units........
