Nitesh Forest Hills has been completely sold out as per builder.
Their launch price is quite attractive. Only thing is distance and resale value in the long term. Also, the floor plans are really not very clear....different documents have different mention of the floor plan area.
Nitesh guys are under the impression that public will buy if it costs less. Lets see if they succeed.
When they launched, kadugodi flyover was also not ready. Now that is ready, they can expect some sales....
