Personally, I am not a great believer in mix of apartments and villas. Both IDEB and Sobha have tried it in whitefield.
It will be ready to occupy in 2010 and 2011.

Regarding higher prices we are not quoting higher then market.
As sobha is today's no 1 builder in term of sales quality.
sobha is Class A builder u can compare with any class A builder.
