These guys are popular for their IDEB Springfields apartment on Sarjapur Road which is supposed to be a nice apartment complex with good community living.
I just hope their water problems are solved soon.
These people have tried all possible ways to sell apartments but haven't succeeded yet.
One of the foolish plan was to bid for any apartment at your own rate. They did paid marketing also in times of India but they have not been successful yet.
They still failed to sell the apartment.
Now, the most important thing is that they are not left with any money to retain even their domain name www.idebinc.com. Just hope that they somehow come back.
Other notable apartment constructions in this area - Golden Blossom, Alpine Viva, Nitesh Forest Hills, Nitesh Flushing Meadows and Mahaveer Kings Palace.

This notice is being published on behalf of our client Parkway Developments Private Limited, having its Administrative Office at 7th Floor, `Vasundra`, Office No.7, 2/7, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata 700 020, one of the promoters with equal right in the management of IDEB Parkway Holdings Private Limited (IPHPL) having its Registered Office at Sigma Soft-Tech Park, Delta Towers, 9th Floor, No.7, Whitefield Main Road, Opposite Varthur lake, Bangalore, the other promoter being IDEB Projects Private Limited (`IDEB Projects`) having its registered office at 9th & 10th Floors, Sigma Soft Tech Park, No.7, Whitefield Main Road, Opposite Varthur lake, Bangalore, represented by its Managing Director, H.S.Bedi. One of the properties presently under development by IPHPL in joint development with M.R.G. Realtors Private Limited is known as `Tivoli Multistoried Residential Apartment Complex` (`Tivoli`), morefully described in the Schedule hereunder.
Serious disputes have arisen between our client and IDEB Projects in regard to various matters pertaining to IPHPL. Our client has therefore initiated legal action against IDEB Projects in regard to various matters pertaining to IPHPL. Public are hereby informed that in view of the above, IDEB Projects either as a shareholder of IPHPL or through its Managing Director the said H.S.Bedi or nominee Director or in any other capacity has no right or authority whatsoever to deal with the assets of IPHPL including Tivoli and any such transaction will not be binding on our client.

The Case has not been withdrawn and the work in IDEB Tivoli has started in full swing. The project would be completed in next 10 months.
ReplyDeletePlease do not compare Golden Blossom, Alpine Viva with IDEB Tivoli, they don't stand anywhere in front of Tivoli. Just wait and watch it will be the landmark in that area. Golden Blossom and Alpine residents will be seen writing "Next To Tivoli" in their address.
ReplyDeleteThe bad guys (IDEB & Parkway) are back. They have given an advertisement on 24th Sep 2010 after a gap of close to 2 years for Tivoli .... to sell it again.... ready to occupy in Aug 2011.

This project was in problem before but now all well. and this is the right time to get in to this project.once it ll start full then rate ll go bit up. good layout of flat,(3BHK 1865), try to get in C Block if you can. I am not sure but within 1 year you ll be able to stay in flat.make your Owen judgment. talk with people who had already taken flat here.see whats going on site.
ReplyDeleteideb is bad company. even in delhi metro project. they have completed the work very-very late had not paid to their worker and sub-contractor.DMRC have put fine and blacklisted this company .this company don't have any money to pay their staff and govt dues, load installments .my advice don't go near to this company.
