Aisshwarya Group doest have any plotted development otherthan this project. Devanhalli project is belongs to Aishwarya builders and developers.

There are many Aishwarya's in the market who are frods but this Aisshwarya is diffrent from them. They are called AISSHWARYA GROUP with a double 's' in the spelling Aisshwarya. Their website is www.aisshwaryagroup.in . They are the best people and their projects are execllent. I'm a proud owener of Aisshwarya Samskruthi. This is one of the very good properties in Bangalore.

DeleteDont believe in this people -big time cheaters. They dont respect customers at all! Once you give your money then its their call -they have no values for customer service! They have deleted all negetive comments on their past projects -you can check with owners in Aishwarya excellence,serenity and opullence -All had problems and customers were treated badly -also the same case with Aishwarys samskruthi -I myself was a victim they looted 15K from my booking charge saying cancellation charge -by cancelling my booking on their own! Saying its their wish! Very rude guys!Also they said be happy that you lost only 15K but there are people with same Aishwarya samskruthi project who went in to sale agreement for 20Lakhs and were not able to get their loan sanctioned within 15days for registration so booking was cancelled and 1lakh was retained as cancellation charge! They have very cheap mentality and feel customers and at their call once money is given!

ReplyDeletedear miss.sumitha,we have clearly told at the time of booking that there is a cancellation charges applicable and it was agreed and duly signed by you, moreover the duration to complete the transaction was also there in written in the booking form.[pls refer your booking form]. if you can recall, we have worked out a cost based on your commitment, if you are not able to stick to your own commitments , your are liable to deduct cancellation charges [as per agreed terms]. you have not done only with us, before booking with us ; you have been checked out by another builder for same reason [hope you know]. and how do you know that we have deducted 1 lakhs from customer .please done do base less allegation , it is all false and we can take necessary action for this.and about our service part , please see testimony page in our site http://www.aisshwaryasamskruthi.in/testimonial.html

I was impressed with layout and images of this project. But after going through reviews of existing customers I am highly doubtful of this project. Moreover nowhere in the site neither in brochure the current status is mentioned.
