    Not sure about the price and date of completion.... but the builder has started advertising it on 5th page of Times of India on weekends. You can call them...they always respond back with a price....

    Price is Rs. 2800/sqft. Targeted completion Mar 2013. Work is already started.

    No builder is 100% perfect. Perhaps, what one needs to evaluate is the extent to which existing home buyers are satisfied. It is normal human tendency to voice out only when there is a negative remark or complaint about a project. Satisfied customers seldom take the initiative - however, a true assessment is to personally survey the neighborhood of completed projects and solicit resident's/owner's comments objectively. To that extent, Habitat Splendor is one key project completed by Gopalan about 6 (approx) years back ... My brother owns an apartment here and is indeed one satisfied customer - reasonable build quality, good amenities and surroundings, brand equity & value for money, smooth handling of paper works and financial transactions. Enough reasons that I too booked my flat with Gopalan at the Atlantis project in Whitefield, last month!

    Hi booked a 2bhk at Gopalan.... but no body knows when r they going to start the agreement procedure... It seems that the project is stuck with BBMP and they are not passing it... Can any body tell me when is the agreement taking place

    I am on the verge of booking a 3 BHK here ..
    But the price seems to have been hiked up too much in the past 5 months. The present quote is ~3500/sq. feet ..
    Anybody knows anything about the schools/hospitals around this location ?

    Yes thats the price they are quoting right now...but just check wether they have all approvals. I booked way back in Nov and the agreement hasnt been signed till now as approvals are pending.

      gopalan got permission to build up 12 floor.and they have started A and B block booking also..

    Hi,

    I have booked a 2BHK in the month of June 2010 and payed the first installment of 15% and also signed the agreement. I think the construction is progressing slowly.
