  1. I have booked a flat in KSR Cordelia and my liking about the project is below;

    1.Nearly 2.5 Kms from International Airport Road as well as Outer Ring Road gives the project good approach thus it falls well within the city limit.

    2.Project is close to Manyata Tech Park & Kirlosker Business.

    3.The proposed IT SEZ of Karle Group is coming up merely 2 kms and will lead to good appreciation.

    4.Rachenahalli lake is just beside the project and BDA is engaged in restoration and beautification of the lake; once the lake is fully developed it will give a good view.

    5.Sobha Moonstone, already occupied and Legacy Celino, under construction are within 100 metres of the KSR Cordelia and all 3 projects together will make the locality a good residential area.

    6.Digging work / excavation has already started and builder has promised to complete it in record time.

    7.It’s amazing to have all the amenities in this price.
